Villa Victoria is located in a green and private location less than twenty minutes from the magnificent beaches of Sardiniaâs most prized coastal area â Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. This stunning estate is central yet secluded to one of the most exclusive areas in all of Sardinia. The estate is in a dominant and completely secluded location and features 34Ha of land.
All structures are constructed of stones from the original estate. All facades have been finished with the finest materials and to the highest of standards. It is composed of five separate buildings with different functions, all constructed with dry-stone walls typical of the region, for a total of over 4320 sq.ft. of covered area. The buildings comprise a master suite, two guest suites, a pool house, one important living area and dining areas, a fully equipped professional kitchen.
Outdoor enjoys several covered terraces, a lap pool, and a bowling green. Close to the house, yet in a comfortable and secluded location, a beautiful and large terrace on two levels with alfresco dining overlooks the beautiful lap-pool of 25 metres, with a stunning view of the surrounding countryside. A wood-burning oven and outdoor kitchen make it the ideal place for entertaining, we can host special selected events for up to 300 people (external).
