Personalized Lifestyle Management Services
We relieve you of the time-consuming complexities associated with planning a unique, successful travel and lifestyle experiences and managing an international luxury home portfolio. Our services include in and out-of-home services, staffing, exclusive event access, elite experiences, and travel and itinerary planning.
INCLUDED SERVICES
Every detail of your stay has been meticulously considered; each luxury home has a dedicated on-site team, including a steward, housekeeping staff, and field manager.
Field Managers
The Field Manager’s task is to ensure that every day, you receive consistent, high-quality services that not only meet, but exceed your expectations – all while maintaining the exacting standards that LVH is renowned for. Mostly, off premises, but may be called in upon request, this role provides round-the-clock oversight on home operations and maintenance, and will facilitate any issues that might take place during your stay.
Stewards
Your Personal Steward will be responsible for maintaining your household and ensuring that your requests are promptly addressed, and any issues are quickly resolved. Throughout your stay, your Steward will provide an array of in-home services 12 hours a day, including packing and unpacking assistance, serving meals, preparing cocktails, communicating with concierge and other house staff, and assisting with restocking.
Concierge Access
Our Team will provide you with 24/7 concierge services during your homestay, and will manage every aspect of your trip, from coordination to bespoke itineraries. Accessing our world-class Concierge will incur administrative fees for booked services.
Housekeeping
Our highly trained and discreet housekeeper provides expert cleaning services using eco-friendly and organic products. Your personal housekeeper will also look after other daily house tasks, such as packing and unpacking, towel and linen changes, replenishments, laundry pick-up and delivery assistance. They will be at your home daily, but can work around your itinerary.
Pre-stocking
We understand that you love to have your favorite products on hand, and as you might know by now, we aim to please. As such, prior to your arrival, we stock your LVH home with items according to your preferences and requests.
Welcome Ceremony
At LVH, we believe that the guest experience begins upon arrival, which is why our teams extend a warm welcome with a carefully curated charcuterie board with your preferred items, along with champagne and a bouquet of fresh flowers. Our aim is to make you feel right at home the moment you step into your home, with a gracious reception that will set the tone for the rest of your stay.
Unpacking
Our steward will assist you and all your guests with unpacking and packing your belongings. This service includes unloading your personal effects from your luggages and organizing them in wardrobes and cabinets upon your arrival, and packing them back in your suitcases before your departure.
Luxury Spa Products
Pamper yourself with our premium selection of exclusive spa products that use the finest ingredients to nourish your skin, calm your senses, and elevate your spa experience.Our carefully curated luxury spa products are designed to provide you with a blissful escape.
Additional Services
To further elevate your stay, we offer additional services that include an on-site chef, pre-arranged chartered flights and yachts, access to exclusive establishments and events, and tailored experience packages.
