Outside there is a resort-style pool pavilion and a waterfront gazebo. The dock can accommodate a yacht of up to 100 feet.
The home has a 150-guest grand ballroom has hosted notable guests as Benjamin Netanjahu, Dr. Henry Kissinger, Margaret Thatcher, Mikhail Gorbachev, and President Bill Clinton. The main house has a grand master suite overlooking Indian Creek, a mahogany-paneled library, a formal dining room with 18th century furniture and a fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and stone floors. The guest house features two bedrooms and a kitchen and the detached gym has one bathroom and a steam room.
