The secluded Villa Serena is set on a large estate offering plenty of peace and blissful escape. This beautiful house, carved into granite stones, affords an unrivaled sea view all over the bay, ensuring complete privacy and seclusion. The property, slightly uneven in its layout and design, comprises a living room and dining area, both opening onto the sea-view terrace fully equipped for relaxation and outdoor dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a primary bedroom with a poster bed and en-suite bathrooms, and 3 beautifully appointed guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three additional bedrooms with bathrooms are located in the adjacent guest house.
The outdoor is very generous in its size, with a perfectly manicured Mediterranean garden, a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi, direct access to the beach, and a private beach pier. The villa enjoys the perfect location to feel the summer flair of Sardinia. The Villa boasts a dock and access to the beach, both shared with neighboring villa.
