Acclaimed designer Pat Kuleta is behind the Villa's inspiring architecture, which draws inspiration from a quintessential countryside lodge.
Imaginative interiors seamlessly blend rustic provincial charm with subtle old-European elegance throughout this 7,000 sq. ft. property. A grand 30-foot great room takes center stage, framed by soaring roughhewn timbers and intricate trusses that amplify the sense of vertical space. The common area also features a weathered stone fireplace and a stately Tuscan-styled limestone hearth. Its open layout makes the place ideal for gatherings, highlighted by a massive kitchen equipped with commercial-grade cooking appliances, a classic brick pizza oven, and seating for eight. Villa Cucina surprises with distinctive touches like rose-colored travertine tiles from Verona, beautifully marbled surfaces, bespoke ironwork, and hand-crafted furniture. The Villa's six lavish bedrooms are distributed between the primary residence and a one-bedroom pool house, comfortably accommodating 12. The main house's fifth bedroom connects to an adjacent room with a bunk bed, while the pool house features a king bedroom and a sofa bed to take in additional guests.
Its outdoor grounds feature romantic terraces and other alfresco dining spaces against countryside views. Comfortable loungers surround a vast swimming pool, and other outdoor amenities include a bocce court, ping pong table, and access to a private lake. LVH requires owners to comply with regulations for all home rentals within Napa & Sonoma counties.
