Guests navigate through boardwalks past stunning water features and lush foliage to a fitness room, study, rehearsal studio, stage, and multiple reception rooms. A well-stocked games room abounds with whimsy and playfulness entailing pinball, arcade games, darts, foosball, and billiards table. Seven exquisite bedrooms accommodate fourteen guests in unmatched comfort, style, and discretion. Five suites are in the primary residence, two placed between the Writer's Cottage and Artist's Studio, each with a kitchen and private balcony.
Oustanding outdoor decks jut out towards the sea, offering unmatched sea views. Exquisitely appointed terraces envelop the split-level koi pond, waterfalls, and an infinity pool. Situated on the grounds are a dining pavilion and private garden deck perfect for sunbathing.
