Salcheto Winery, Montepulciano, Tuscany

Salcheto, a relatively new estate winery completed in 2011, stands out as one of the first self-sufficient wineries in Europe. It offers exquisite IGT wines from its organic estate, utilizing the Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT) designation which allows the inclusion of foreign grape varieties.
