Designed as two distinct yet complementary residences, Casa Fiesta above the ocean and Playa Fiesta along the shoreline, the estate delivers an extraordinary dual-environment experience of cliffside grandeur and beachfront tranquility. Surrounded by panoramic ocean views, the residence blends contemporary ideals with native architecture, characterized by terraced geometry, organic materials, and sweeping vistas of the Pacific. Its rustic beauty is accentuated by natural textures and architectural grace, offering a serene sanctuary that captures the very essence of Mexico’s refined coastal living.
The estate's interiors balance minimal modernism with artisanal authenticity, designed by Zozaya Arquitectos. The Main Cliffside House centers around the Grand Palapa, a soaring thatched pavilion overlooking a heated infinity pool. Here, guests can linger over cocktails, swim against the horizon, sunbathe on elegant lounges, or dine alfresco at an ocean-view table. Eight bespoke suites in the main house accommodate up to 16 guests, each providing private terraces and en-suite bathrooms, allowing intimate moments of relaxation framed by panoramic seascapes. Culinary experiences flow seamlessly from the chef’s kitchen to the open-air dining pavilion, creating effortless gatherings and celebrations. Beyond the main house, Playa Fiesta, the private Beach Club House featuring five siesta rooms, offers a true tropical shoreline retreat. Located approximately 30 minutes away by car, it serves as an exclusive companion residence, enabling guests to enjoy two distinct environments within one unforgettable estate experience.
Guests can explore the saltwater grotto pool carved into the cliff, ascend the Sky Deck suspended above the bay, or participate in ritual ceremonies at the Sacred Temple Cantina. Open-air lounges and terraces encourage both social connection and introspective retreat, blending avant-garde sophistication with the rhythm of the sea. Together, the Main Cliffside House and Beach Club House curate a living experience where adventure, wellness, ritual, and relaxation converge above the infinite blue of the Pacific.
