Description

Villa Bella is a dramatic, picturesque villa situated on the coastline of the world-renowned Saint Jean de Cap Ferrat Bay. The spacious living areas with large windows allow for plenty of natural light, becoming almost seamless extensions of shaded outdoor areas for entertaining, dining, or simply relaxing. Every room in the house has its own special view, and guests often feel as though the house itself could be sailing on the ocean, wafted by gentle breezes. The garden alone is a wonder - fragrant in the summer with scented rose and jasmine, enough to inspire our guests to consider designing a perfume dedicated to it. The air has a special freshness, and the beauty of the forested peninsula between Nice and Monaco has always attracted the rich and famous. The views of the cobalt sea surround the outdoor infinity pool, which seemingly stretches to the horizon, with steps that lead down to the sea. Villa Bella boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with maximum parking for five vehicles. The villa also offers an audio system, a security alarm system, and video surveillance.

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

St Jean-Cap-Ferrat is a seaside village in a beautiful location, on a peninsula jutting into the blue Mediterranean between Nice and Monaco. We find the real beauty to be the penninsula and the lovely sheltered bay. The area is heavily residential, with the very expensive homes mostly hidden behind high fences with ubiquitous signs about being protected by the local security company monopoly. The village itself is rather small, but there are a lot of nice terrace café-restaurants; most along the port. The port, like many along this part of the coast, was once a small fishing port that's evolved into a somewhat larger yacht harbor. The three beaches are probably the best attraction for the casual visitor: Paloma, Passable and Cro de Pei Pin.
