Apartment Adam is one of stark contrasts. In the stylish living room, a white sofa suite and black leather club chairs face each other over a crimson rug, and a flat-screen television is surrounded by open industrial shelves. These, and the walls, are tastefully populated with masks, vases and modern art, and a pinball machine sits alongside a red sofabed. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with a row of transparent stools, next to which is a dining table for six. A door off the living room leads to the master bedroom – a sophisticated place with a king-size bed on a black quilted frame, and a Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower in the ensuite. A door between the kitchen and dining room leads to a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Located on the far west side of New York, Chelsea is known for its art galleries and the High Line. The verdant, elevated promenade commands great views of the surrounding architecture.
